01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Charan Invests website (charaninvests.com), Discord community, Whop membership, or any associated content or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and members.

02Membership & Payments

Charan Invests premium membership plans are offered through Whop. By completing a purchase, you agree to the subscription terms displayed at checkout — including the applicable billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).

All prices are listed in USD. The authoritative source of pricing is the Charan Invests website at charaninvests.com/pricing. In any conflict between prices shown on third-party platforms and prices shown on this website, the price on this website governs.

All premium membership plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically. At the end of each billing period your plan renews for another term of the same length, and your payment method is charged automatically at the then-current price, until you cancel. Monthly plans renew every month, 3-month plans every three months, and annual plans every year. The one-time Lifetime membership is the only exception: it is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. You remain solely responsible for managing your own subscription and for cancelling it if you no longer wish to be billed.

03Subscription & Cancellation

Charan Invests premium membership is an automatically recurring subscription. By purchasing a plan, you enroll in auto-renewing billing for the term you selected at checkout (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), which continues to renew and charge your payment method until you cancel.

It is the SOLE responsibility of the member to cancel before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue. If you forget to cancel, or otherwise fail to cancel in time, your subscription will renew and your payment method will be charged for the new period. That charge is final. A failure to cancel is not grounds for a refund under any circumstances, and no refund will be issued for a renewal you did not cancel in time. Charan Invests is not responsible for charges incurred due to a failure to cancel.

To cancel your subscription, you may:

• Cancel directly through your Whop account at any time • Open a support ticket in the Charan Invests Discord server and our Support team will assist you

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until the period expires. No refunds are issued for unused time remaining after cancellation.

04No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Charan Invests does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase • Forgetting or failing to cancel before your subscription automatically renews • Partial use of a membership period • Dissatisfaction with content, results, or trade outcomes • Failure to access the platform or community for any reason • Disputes regarding the educational nature of the content

By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund of any amount paid.

05No Credits or Carryover

Credits, partial payments, or unused membership value from one subscription period cannot be applied toward, transferred to, or credited against any subsequent or separate purchase.

This applies to all plan types (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and to any upgrade, downgrade, or new purchase made before or after an existing membership expires.

06Compensation Policy

The sole form of compensation available for service interruptions, platform outages, or other disruptions to access is an extension of the affected member's current membership by an equivalent number of days.

No monetary refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued in lieu of membership extensions. Any decision to extend a membership is made at the sole discretion of Charan Invests.

07Educational Nature of Content

All content provided through the Services — including but not limited to trade alerts, market commentary, Discord messages, live calls, social media posts, and website articles — is provided for EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

Nothing constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Please read the full Disclaimer at charaninvests.com/disclaimer.

08Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any paid content or trade alerts from the premium membership • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose • Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members • Impersonate Charan Dangeti or any Charan Invests representative • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

09Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within the premium community — including trade analysis, written content, graphics, videos, and the Charan Invests brand — is the intellectual property of Charan Invests and Charan Dangeti.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

10Termination

Charan Invests reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful to the community.

Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any remaining membership period.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Charan Invests and Charan Dangeti shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any trading decisions made based on content accessed through the Services.

Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey, USA. By using the Services, you consent to personal jurisdiction in New Jersey.

13Changes to These Terms

Charan Invests reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at charaninvests.com/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
